Here's the final month of 2019 and just like all the others we are grateful for all the family time and memories we have made!

We started off December with Christmas Tree hunting...since the price was per tree and not based on height, we decided to go HUGE :) Justin's face is how he felt about that idea...oh well!

We found a big one! And almost lost Justin under the tree...again he gave us some looks :)

You can just see Rose's hat pocking out the side...grumbles were heard from Justin...

After rearranging our living room we found the perfect spot and have been enjoying her all season :) I think we could have gone a few inches taller...next year!

We spend the month doing many special Christmas activities and seeing lots of friends and family.

Rose made some special melted snowman ornaments for her cousins' trees.

Elizabeth , our elf, came back and was up to lots of fun tricks for Rose ;)

Another yearly Christmas outing is to Glick's Greenhouse to see their Christmas displays.

This was our favorite wreath: 1) we love Chick-Fil-A and 2) cows are cute.

We also get to see lots of great-grandma now that she is living with Nana and Pop. Rose loves having a new person to play games when we visit. No worries these two each beat the other a few times :)

We also celebrated a friend's birthday party

And made a trip to Crayola Factory, I think this was one of our best trips, somehow we hardly had to wait for any of the activities plus there was lots of Christmas decorations.

We saw some Christmas Lights from the warmth of our car...my favorite way to see lights :)

Justin and Rose went on her 2nd grade field trip to another of our favorite places, DaVinci Science Center. So far Justin rates this as his favorite field trip :)

Isn't this too cure!

Justin took Rose and Lily to TSC where Rose gets to push Lily around in her stroller....also super cute :)

We saw FROZEN!!! Loved it :) Also Cherry Coke and Popcorn makes my whole family very happy!

Another Christmas tradition is making a Gingerbread House...these two had a light bit of fun ;)

We also celebrated Pop's birthday with his favorite cake made by his favorite baker :)

And this kid keeps loosing teeth...shhh, don't tell her, it's soon time for braces.

Rose was back at aerial yoga...this kiddo loves to fly!

We had some ice cream for breakfast with Santa.

And made our Christmas cut-out cookies :) MMMM, all the sugar!

And more lights! We love lights, ALL the lights :)

On Christmas Eve we surprised Rose with a trip to the Berks ARL where we are now officially registered to foster kittens...bring on the fun!

We celebrated Christmas Eve with Aunt Kate and family, Rose got this game and it has been a hit all break long!

We didn't take so many pictures of Christmas, actually Rose only asked for stick on earrings...so she was just happy and surprised by all her gifts :)

And one more trip to see the lights at the Lehigh Valley Zoo, my favorite light display :)

Justin and Rose took a daddy-daughter trip to Cracker Barrel for breakfast, this is Rose's favorite right now...not that her face gives it away ;)

I was able to take off all of break with Rose, we found lots of fun things to fill up our days :)

The last big activity was our Annual New Year's Eve Party...Rose has made it to midnight the last two years and saw no reason not to keep up her streak!
We started our party at 8 and had activity, crafts, experiments, and some silliness all night long :)

Happy New Year! Cheers to 2020 and all the fun and adventures we will have together!

Happy and Thankful :) November 2019

While this time of year is for remembering all we have to be thankful for, we also had lots of fun and silliness this month. Rose decided to tackle building a huge pyramid from K-cups...because why not? She did pretty good! AND look how long that hair has gotten!

More silliness...she insisted on posing by the bus on an outing...just because :)

Justin and I took another tour at Troeggs...because we love that place :)

Then we went back with Rose because she needed to hit up the outlets for some new sneakers :)

Rose also wanted to try some aerial yoga, after being cancelled twice, we finally got to try it out.

Rose was a bit timid at first, but by the end she was flipping and loved it :)

Not to be outdone, Rose and daddy had a roller skating date :)

I never know what's going to happen when these two are out, but no broken bones, so it was a success :)

All the pets are adjusting to the cooler weather, some don't mind the outside...

Some like a warm fire...

And others snuggle under a blanket :)

For Thanksgiving we headed to Virginia to see the cousins!
All road trips are best with a stop at Troeggs  :)

Rose is getting to be a great road tripper if you don't mind adding a few extra hours for stops...

Rose was a big help getting dinner ready and learned how to make stuffing with cousin Marla.

I was busy loving on the newest puppy, Dakota.

We had a fun Friday with the cousins at a science center

And then painting pottery :)

Now bring on December!
