March Fun!

 March was full of food and fun :)

We started the month with a concert and there were food trucks :) So we ate!

Then Rose played :)

We went to IKEA....

AND ate froyo :)

We also went out to Troegs, but we were too busy eating the food to take a picture of it...

We also had a couple extra trips to the market for Rose to have more yummy food

AND sometimes after her tutoring Rose needs a snack

We also had some meal kits and Rose is an amazing Chef :)

We also made a special spring treat! Great Grandma Bechtel's PB Eggs :) I made hundreds of these with my grandmother and I think she'd love to see that we are still enjoying them. 

We also tried a viral food trend with ice cream in a fruit roll up...it wasn't bad. 

We also had some fun dying eggs. 

When not eating we were off to other projects.

We made this book nook for Rose when she was about two and now she's ready to transform it into something else.

After a full day of work nothing beats daddy snuggles :)

We also made some traps to try and catch our sneaky leprechaun, but no luck :(

It seems the leprechaun learned to use the new cricut and left a surprise for Rose ;)

We saw plays two Friday nights in a row. First Fleetwood High School and then Fleetwood Middle School musicals. 

Mornings I have to leave really early for clinical I get these beautiful pictures of my girl to give me a little love :)

All things LOVE!

 Nothing is going to top Rose's trip to the Caribbean with Aunt Laura and Cousin Colten. This fall Rose was asked to be their guest on a 5 night Disney cruise with ports in Grand Cayman and Castaway Cay including lots of character visits, dolphins, stingrays, and sunshine :) Of course, Rose said YES! 

It was an amazing trip!! Rose missed her daddy a lot, so it might be awhile before she vacations without us ;)

We had some fun in PA with Aunt Laura and Colten before they headed back to VA.

Justin and Rose had also been talking about getting a Cricut and he decided to have one here to surprise her. It's been a hit :)

We also kept up the tradition of a heart a day on Rose's door, even while she was away. We sent her pictures and she was home in time to have the last couple :) There are so many reasons we love this kiddo!! I'm so glad she's ours.

And very exciting for Lily, she picked out her very own bed AND loves it :)

Let's Go 2023!!

 Here we go, starting off the year with lots of fun!

Rose had some fun completing Christmas projects:

This was a really crafty month: knitting, painting, and baking!! OH MY :)

Rose asked to learn to knit, so Justin tackled this one with her

And they attended a class together and made hand warmers :)

Rose also picked up a paint brush to make this cute gnome :)

Rose wanted to make a cake that didn't look like a cake...she found a video and we all set to work.

And here's how it ended up after we had to cut off half (lol) because, cat's like icing!

When not making our own tasty treats, we bought some favorites. 

Rose and I had a special lunch on her day off of school

And had to eat our frozen treats by the fire :)

We finally had some snow to play in :)

And when it snows we get Chic-fil-A and play games

Rose is going on a VERY exciting trip with her Aunt Laura and cousin Colten in February, so we had to practice packing :)

She's just 3 days away from making some 'magical' memories :)
