Happy favorite month of the year!!
We were busy in October. Rose closed out her first and she says only season of soccer. She enjoyed hanging out with friends, but not too much else. Her parents liked being outside to watch her play...maybe she'll try another sport :)
We also all attended a high school football game for Rose to play with the high school marching band. It was actually a lot of fun and Rose is looking forward to joining the marching band when she is in high school.
Rose has also been enjoying her health science class and baking more yummy things at home.
We spent a day with cousins at Knoebels with wonderful weather and lots of fall decorations!
And it was my birthday!!
We got a bonus weekend camping since we weren't expecting to get another trip in this year. And we went to a new state park: Tobyhanna. I have no idea why we hadn't been before, but we will definitely be back.
We even 'carved' pumpkins :)
The next weekend we had a road trip to VA for a wedding
We stayed at this beautiful lake front home
And have decided we need a lake front home :)
And finally we celebrated Halloween
Rose didn't want to go trick or treating this year but we passed out candy with a friend :)
