Happy September!!! It was a fun month of beginnings for Rose!
Last year Rose said she wanted to dance again, so here we go for another year :)
We also got to visit Rose's preschool to prepare for the 'Big Day'...updates later in the blog ;)
When the big day arrived Rose and I were both a little unsure of how it would go, but she did GREAT! The second day however...we'll keep working on it :)
Rose also wanted to join mommy for a haircut this week. Although she still loves getting her haircut by grandma, she wanted to see what it was like to head to the salon. Rose was very serious during her haircut and told Tonya just where she wanted her hair and when her bangs weren't short enough for her liking she asked that they be shorter :)
Rose also headed out for another riding lesson, two months in a row!!! She was not as thrilled that we had to be inside, but she was still having fun :)
AND we got an EGG!!!! (this is the first, but there has also been a second, and even more!)
Labor Day we enjoyed a 'family day' at the Please Touch Museum and then headed to a picnic in the evening. It was a really fun family day and Rose was super exhausted!
Oley Fair!
We actcually headed here after Rose's second day of preschool, so it was a nice way to spend some time together. She climbed up all those stairs herself (many many times!)
Rose ate 3 snow cones...they knew her by the end of the day ;) Here her tongue is turning blue.
AND we made our 3rd trip of the season to Knoebels!!!
This little girl was a daredevil and rode a big wooden roller coaster 3 times!!! We had an amazing day and can't wait to make more memories next year :)
And the rest of the month...Rose has had LOTS OF FUN!
Rose bakes about every week, sometimes a couple times a week! But no one complains, especially mommy's coworkers who enjoyed these yummy purple cupcakes!
And feeding the ducks (at another park...what can I say, we LOVE parks!)
Daddy-daughter cuddle time
Legos with mommy...see daddy and Uncle Matt, I can build stuff too ;)
Pennies in the fountain
Another park picnic!!! It's the fun thing to do after preschool :)
We were squirrels collecting nuts...it was a prety good haul ;)
Hide and Seek...can you spot Rose?
This was a BIG deal for Rose, she was so happy to have mastered putting this puzzle together all by herself :)
OHHHHHH, and there's kittens next door again...this girl is in heaven!
Selfie Queen Rose :)
