We'll start off the month with an update on the cast...because spoiler! there's actually good news :)
Rose got to have her first ever MRI. She was a bit nervous, but thanks to awesome staff, said it was great! Although we'd prefer not to do this again ;)
AND the MRI showed nothing was broken, so she got to ditch the cast (and get a brace). Rose has been going to PT and is now out of the brace and just about back to all activities :)
Since Rose was *just* out of the cast, we still let her use the scooter to have fun with cousin Colten at the science center.
This was just the start of lots of fun times with cousins this month!
Rose and daddy delivered donuts to these 3 cuties (next month there will be a 4th!)
Rose loves Cora cuddles (look at that little face, this picture makes me giggle!)
Rose got to see more cousins at a birthday party (with a special mermaid!)
And we spent some time with friends creating some awesome tie dye apparel.
Rose has been my shopping buddy this summer and we always need to crack open some drinks/snacks on the way home.
We are not sad at all that we found Halloween specialty items in the store already :) (Not the gum, that was just for daddy).
And we had lots of movie nights! Rose picked the movie and made us 'buy' tickets and snack. Luckily she also gave us monopoly money ;)
We got one more camping trip in and it was just what we needed!!
We started off with a stop at Troegs and then made our way to Little Buffalo State Park. 
We loved this park! We didn't get to bike or hike because that was outside of Rose's comfort zone with her ankle healing, but they had a pool and splash pad that was a hit!
And we got to paddle board. There were tons of turtles out!
Nana found us this camping kitchen and she was AMAZING!! We call her Karen the Camping Kitchen.
We also finally played bug bingo, of course, Rose won the most :)
Rose got some fancy new sneakers to start off middle school.
And when you're only a couple blocks from ice cream...you go get some ice cream!
She did it!! First day of Middle School in the books :)
