We had a great final month of summer break before 2 of us headed back to school- Rose to 4th grade and mom to nursing school :)
We checked off lots of fun summer bucket list activities that Rose was hoping to get in :)
We celebrated the last day of summer school with a car picnic (Rose loves this!)
We paddled a new lake
And Rose got her favorite pretzel with double the cheese
Rose got to play with lots of her cousins, which is always something she wants to do, but especially when there is a slip and slide
And a super cool park
Rose was all cleared from Physical Therapy in July so we decided to ease back into activities with swim lessons and she was amazing!
We also celebrated back to school shopping with a trip to YOGO
Rose wanted to hike the falls at Ricketts Glen...
And she did! She was a trooper hiking over 7 miles to see 18 falls and play in a few :)
We were also able to stay the night for even more fun
We had a family movie night complete with homemade brownies and ice cream
And we had lots of kitten snuggles with these two sweeties
Rose got her own squishmallow and of course it has a witch's hat :)
Rose also wanted a craft day at Nana's, of course, they made fall decor items :)
And Rose had not one, but two sleepovers!!
She left a her stuffed sloth with me :) so I wouldn't miss her (too much).
Sunday before the start of 4th grade Rose made us breakfast
And we took her out for some ice cream :)
Then the big day!!! Last year in elementary school!!!
