It was quite a month...with lots of fun and unexpected trips to the dr's office...
We promised to get Rose snow tubing this year and we made it! We weren't actually sure if it would be her thing because she doesn't like heights or all water slides...but this was a hit!
Rose also performed in her 3rd piano recital...I love hearing how far she has come since starting :) Doesn't she look so focused!
And this little cutie lost her two front teeth! I love love love this face all the time, but right now it's especially wonderful :)
And then the doctor's trips started...
Rose had her first case of Strep Throat :( which she didn't mind so much because it meant two days home with mommy :)
Rose was feeling all better by the time Elizabeth showed up to play some pranks with a silly Leprechaun who we still have not caught.
That wellness was short-lived, though....
Somehow while Rose and Justin were having fun on the trampoline she hurt her arm. We just thought she bruised it or pulled a muscle, but to be on the safe side it was a trip to the Urgent Care. They weren't playing and put her in a sling and sent us to the orthopedist. Luckily Justin and I knew just where to go :) Due to swelling they put her in a splint and said they would see us back in a week...
Unfortunately when we went back a week later to check on the arm...there was a break :( We were told Rose could go back into the splint if she was really careful not to cause any further damage...yup, that wasn't really an option, so plan B it was....
Of course, Rose selected orange because not only is it her favorite color
but she matches Orange Peel :)
Pop dropped off some bubble wrap, we should probably use it ;)
Rose has had a great attitude about another orange cast and it hasn't stopped the fun :)
Including a trip to the science center and building a rocket with daddy :)
And dinner to celebrate Great-Grandma Bechtel's 93rd trip around the sun :)
