July!

It's been a month a fun and enjoying the summer weather!

We enjoyed mini golf and fire works to celebrate the 4th!

Fireworks!!!

 

Rose FINALLY started gymnastics this month! 

She's also becoming a pro on the ice!

Rose is harvesting her zucchini and has become a master zucchini bread maker! Even better than eating the bread is the memories we share while making it :)

We also have stayed very wet! Rose doesn't care how she cools off: hoses, balloons, guns, pools, or slides! It's all fun :)

And although it was hot, we enjoyed just a family trip to Knoebels

We also made our first trip to Lake Tobias. Rose, who due to a certain family member who hates snakes, has professed her dislike of them, finally met some snakes and decided that she likes them!

She also likes alligators...not sure what has started here...

But it was a great day that ended at Troegs, so all were happy :)

Rose had lots of fun with friends :)

Rose and Lily are best buds. Lily always finds a way to be close to Rose, even if it's just to take a nap ;)

And not to be forgotten the chickens also love Rose :)

I like the chicks too :)

BUT the fav pet of all is still Whiskers :) Rose is a crazy cat lady in the making!

Rose and Mommy have also been enjoying our summer time together as Rose prepares to start Kindergarten in less then a month....

Not to be left out, Rose and Daddy are also busy making memories!

Mommy and Daddy also enjoyed some alone time ;) which is rare, but enjoyed!

Welcome summer and LOTS of FUN!!

We kicked off our unofficial summer with a camping trip to Knoebels! Saturday the weather was hot and the crowds were out!

We made memories sleeping in our tent for the first time in 2017

And although Sunday was rainy we made the most of it, because lines were short!

When we got home, baby Elliana was waiting to meet her big cousin Rose! Theses two are going to be great friends!!!

Rose had her annual dance recital and broke her record by being in 4 dances! Justin also made his first appearance :)

We celebrated Father's Day with Lego Experience and a Brewery because that's what Justin loves (along with us)!

We got out the tent again and headed to Cape Henelopen for a long weekend of camping and beach fun!

 It was also our 11th anniversary! Some may want an all-inclusive resort, but I can't think of a better way to spend it than in a tent with my favorite people.

We also managed to swing by another brewery on the way home for Justin...are you sensing a theme here?

This month Rose spent lots of time with cousin Lucas who, although he occasionally tackles her, is a favorite play friend!

AND we went to see the new Minions movie with little Luke too!

Beginning of June...

Last day of June and first zucchini harvest!

Rose started her ice skating lessons! She has been waiting and waiting for lessons, but due to a busy school year schedule we just had to wait until this summer.

Rose and I also found lots of ways to enjoy our time together

Rose has decided that she loves all things Barbie, luckily so did Aunt Kate who still has tons of old school Barbie items for Rose to borrow!
